伊尔库茨克州州长接见京师律师代表团

5月29日下午，俄罗斯伊尔库茨克州州长伊戈尔·伊万诺维奇·科布泽夫亲切接见了由温国彪主任率领的京师中俄法律与商业服务代表团。

On the afternoon of May 29th, Igor Ivanovich Kobzev, the Governor of Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, warmly received a delegation led by Wen Guobiao, the Director of the China-Russia Legal and Commercial Service Center for the Belt and Road Initiative and the Director of the Jingsh Russia Far East Cooperation Office.

During the meeting, Governor Kobzev stated that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia. Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, the development of a comprehensive partnership between China and Russia in the new era is in line with the fundamental interests of both countries and their peoples. The Irkutsk Oblast government has signed cooperation agreements with Chinese provinces such as Heilongjiang, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia, and is actively creating a better business environment to attract Chinese investors to invest in Russia. Governor Kobzev also welcomed the Chinese delegation's attendance at the 5th Baikal International Forum of Partners in Russia.

During the meeting, Wen Guobiao delivered a report in Russian, expressing gratitude for Governor Kobzev's invitation to attend the 5th Baikal International Forum of Partners and hoping to further deepen the friendship between Jingsh Law Firm and Irkutsk Oblast.
