京师韩国正式成立 — 首尔注册获批
2024年4月18日，首尔中央地方法院批准并颁发了京师韩国（注册号：110111-8920088）的注册证书。
On April 18, 2024, the Seoul Central District Court approved and issued the registration certificate for Jingsh Korea (Registration No.: 110111-8920088). On May 24, 2024, the Korean National Tax Service officially issued the business registration certificate for Jingsh Korea (Registration No.: 667-88-03225), marking the completion of all establishment procedures for Jingsh Korea in South Korea. Jingsh Korea is located in the bustling Yeoksam-dong area of Gangnam, Seoul.
Jingsh Korea Inc. was founded by three partners: Liu Rentang, the Equity Partner and Director of Domestic Youth Lawyer Committee of Jingsh Law Firm; Matthew Kim, the Equity Partner, Deputy Director of International Collaboration Committee and Director of East Asian Investment Legal Affairs Department of Jingsh Law Firm; and Jin Jun, Deputy Director of East Asian Investment Legal Affairs Department of Jingsh Law Firm. Among them, Lawyer Matthew Kim serves as the Director (Chief Representative) of Jingsh Korea Incorporated, and Lawyer Jin Jun serves as the Executive Director (Representative) of Jingsh Korea Incorporated. In addition, partners of GANG NAM LLC. are enrolled as strategic cooperation advisors for Jingsh Korea.
On March 21, 2024, Jingsh Law Firm and GANG NAM LLC officially signed a business cooperation agreement, establishing a strategic partnership to jointly develop the Sino-Korean legal service market and engage in Sino-Korean legal business cooperation. Currently, Jingsh Korea and GANG NAM LLC jointly employ more than 240 Chinese lawyers, Korean defense lawyers, and other professionals. Adhering to the principle of customer-oriented service, they provide comprehensive and integrated legal and commercial services for Chinese enterprises and individuals investing in South Korea.
