During the lecture, Director Yang Zhenzhong provided an in-depth analysis of the legal boundaries of venue safety, rule reminders, evidence retention, and protection of minors through typical cases. He emphasized that venue risk prevention and control should adhere to the three major principles of "leaving traces of management, full traceability", "clear obligations and fulfilling duties" and "infringement of rights and interests, and safeguarding rights in accordance with the law". He also suggested that measures such as extending the monitoring and storage period, standardizing the use of law enforcement recorders, equipping certified first aid personnel and improving the rules notification mechanism should be adopted to achieve closed-loop management of legal risks. Regarding hot issues such as compliance of cultural and creative products, ticketing disputes, and claims for injuries caused by spectator violations, he provided legal basis and practical guidance one by one, clarifying the boundaries of responsibilities of venues after they fulfill their obligations of warning, protection, and rescue in accordance with the law. At the same time, he reminded that it is necessary to strengthen intellectual property protection and product quality management, and rationally use commercial insurance to diversify business risks.
This lecture provided strong support for the establishment of a systematic, standardized and professional legal risk prevention and control system for science and technology venues, further enhanced the venue staff's awareness of legal performance of duties and risk prevention, and provided professional guarantee for promoting the safe, standardized and high-quality operation of science and technology venues. In the future, Jingshi Law Firm will continue to give full play to its advantages in professional legal services, actively participate in the construction of the rule of law in public service fields such as culture, science and technology, and education, provide high-quality legal services in key areas such as venue operation and management, intellectual property protection, and public safety and security, and use its professional strength to help improve the level of public cultural services.
