▲Tao Kuan, equity partner of Jingsh Law Firm and executive director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing)
Tao Kuan, equity partner of Jingsh Law Firm and executive director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing), said that the growth of young lawyers requires not only institutional guarantees, but also high-quality professional training. He pointed out that with the rapid development of legal technology and generative AI, the efficiency of basic work such as legal retrieval and document assistance has been significantly improved. This also means that young lawyers must continuously enhance their core competitiveness such as case research and judgment, evidence analysis, trial response, and cross-field knowledge integration in order to form irreplaceable professional advantages in the fierce market competition. He suggested that the Beijing Youth Working Committee should be based on the growth patterns of young lawyers and create a training system that is closer to practice and more targeted. At the same time, in addition to professional improvement, it also needs to pay attention to the professional mentality and development confusion of young lawyers in their early stages of practice. Through continuous companionship and resource support, it can help young lawyers enhance their professional identity and development confidence, and achieve simultaneous improvement in professional abilities and professional qualities.

▲Wu Junji, deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing)
Wu Junji, deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing), put forward suggestions on the construction of a training system for young lawyers. He believes that compared with knowledge-based courses, young lawyers urgently need systematic skills training. Professional knowledge can be continuously accumulated with the help of learning and AI tools, while practical skills such as court questioning, document writing, negotiation communication, and court expression require long-term training and repeated polishing. Therefore, the Beijing Youth Working Committee should explore the establishment of a periodic and modular training mechanism and carry out two to three-month special training through case reviews, simulation exercises, document reviews, etc., to help young lawyers truly improve their professional abilities. At the same time, he suggested paying more attention to the psychological pressure of young lawyers as they grow up, and inviting senior lawyers to talk about their practice experiences and case-handling experiences through lunch meetings, afternoon teas, sharing of growth stories, etc., to help young lawyers relieve anxiety, enhance confidence, and create a positive growth atmosphere through easy communication.

▲Zheng Yazhou, deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing)
Zheng Yazhou, deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing), put forward suggestions on platform construction and resource integration based on the actual needs of young lawyers. She said that the Beijing Youth Working Committee should adhere to the demand orientation and continue to improve the service system from four aspects: career development, business expansion, public welfare practice and cultural construction. In terms of professional training, it is necessary to focus on case handling practice and improvement of professional abilities; in terms of business development, it is necessary to actively build a platform for case source sharing and cooperation and exchange; in terms of public welfare practice, it is necessary to enhance social influence through public welfare legal services and expand service channels for young lawyers; in terms of cultural construction, it is necessary to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with branches and social institutions to promote the establishment of trust and deepen collaboration among young lawyers. At the same time, she suggested giving full play to the role of new media platforms, encouraging young lawyers to output professional content, actively using AI tools to improve work efficiency, and continuously enhancing the influence of young lawyers' personal brands and law firm brands.
At the meeting, participants also had in-depth exchanges on issues such as the organizational structure of the Beijing Youth Working Committee, brand activity planning, young lawyer training mechanisms, talent selection and work group optimization. Everyone actively provided suggestions based on the development status and actual needs of young lawyers in the Beijing headquarters, reached broad consensus on the organizational operating mechanism, member selection criteria, work collaboration model, etc., and put forward targeted and operable opinions and suggestions, which laid a good foundation for the next stage of the work of the Beijing Youth Working Committee.
