During the visit, lawyer Li Dawei introduced in detail the organizational structure, development history, domestic and international strategic layout, foreign-related business expansion achievements and unique law firm culture system of Jingsh Law Firm based on the actual development of the law firm, so that the guests had a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the overall situation of Jingsh Law Firm.

During the visit, both parties exchanged views on the differences and collaborative space between the two places’ legal service markets. Huang Jingxi, President of the Macau Legal Exchange Association, shared his observations and thoughts based on his own professional experience and the unique advantages of Macau’s legal environment. He said that Macao has unique Chinese-Portuguese bilingual advantages and the characteristics of the civil law system, which makes Macao an irreplaceable bridge between the mainland and the international legal system. As a practicing lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, he travels between Macau and Hengqin all year round and is committed to providing efficient and professional legal services for China-Brazil economic and trade cooperation and cross-border commercial activities between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. He said that the current joint construction of the "Belt and Road", the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the construction of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone have also entered a new stage of rapid development. The overlay of these major strategies has brought unprecedented historical opportunities to the legal service industries of the two places. Whether it is the convergence of legal rules, diversified resolution of cross-border disputes, or the cultivation and collaboration of foreign-related legal talents, the legal communities of the two places need to work together and develop integratedly.

The Macao Legal Exchange and Promotion Association ("MLEPA") is a non-profit legal professional organization rooted in Macao, connected to the mainland, and looking to the world. Since its establishment in 2019, the association has always resolutely safeguarded the authority of the Constitution and the Basic Law, deeply implemented Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law, with the core of promoting the spirit of patriotism and love for Macao, and with the mission of promoting the construction of the rule of law in Macao, assisting the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and building a bridge for legal exchanges between the mainland and overseas. It has continued to deepen its efforts in the fields of legal professional exchanges, cross-border rule convergence, and foreign-related legal services, and has become an important force for Macao’s legal community to integrate into the overall development of the country.

This exchange deepened the mutual understanding between the two parties. In the future, Jingsh Law Firm will continue to deepen exchanges and mutual learning with the legal community in Macau, rely on Jingsh Law Firm’s global legal service network layout, promote the sharing of legal service resources and business collaboration between the two places, jointly assist the construction and integrated development of the rule of law in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and contribute more legal wisdom and professional strength to the country’s high-level opening up to the outside world and the stable and long-term development of the “one country, two systems” cause.
