Xiang Xia is currently the president of the Equity Partners Association of Jingshi Law Firm, the founder of Beijing Jingshi (Urumqi) Law Firm, and the director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Family Office of Jingshi Law Firm. She has been deeply involved in the legal industry for nearly 20 years.
