At the beginning of the event, lawyer Cui Li, deputy director of the Women’s Working Committee of Jingsh Law Firm (National), took the stage to deliver a speech on behalf of the organizer. In August in Beijing, the sun is just right and youth is in full bloom. Attorney Cui Li extended her sincere welcome and thanks to all the experts and guests present, and introduced her team journey of working side by side with Barrister Gu Zhaokun for seventeen years. In the past seventeen years, the team has experienced countless cases, witnessed various situations in the world, and has continued to grow and develop on the road of legal services. Barrister Gu Zhaokun is calm and meticulous, and is the solid backing of the team; lawyers such as Chen Cheng, Yang Nan, Guo Chunping, Wu Diru, Cui Lingjun, Zhang Jian, Shao Peixun, Bao Yintu and other lawyers are professional and keen, conscientious in their duties, and do their best to protect the legitimate rights and interests of their clients. Lawyer Cui Li said that she is more willing to be a light bearer and a bridge builder. In addition to professional case handling, she balances professionalism and public welfare and conveys legal warmth.
"In court, we fight hard to protect the dignity and bottom line of our clients; outside the court, the ultimate concern of lawyers is to hope that everyone can live a safer, healthier, and more dignified life. We protect the rights and interests of our clients, and we also want to protect the youth of every woman." Lawyer Cui Li said that "her power" is not a noisy slogan, but the power of quiet growth, the determination and calmness in the workplace, the flexibility and responsibility in the family, and the confidence that shines brighter as time passes. Youth is not an external decoration, but a state of inner relaxation. Women in the new era can not only face the wind and rain, but also embrace the daily fireworks, and health is the highest fashion for women. She called on the women present to temporarily put down their files and reports, take care of their bodies, and learn to be kind to themselves. She also wished this sharing session a complete success, and wished every woman could see her own strength, protect her beautiful youth, and live her ideal life.
After the speech, the health science sharing session officially entered. Combined with the professional characteristics of legal practitioners who sit at desks for long periods of time and frequently face electronic screens, the first half of this event focused on young people’s eye health. Zhang Qing, the medical director of Beijing Medige Eye Hospital, gave a lecture on the theme of "Youth Eye Health Science". Based on a large amount of clinical practice, he explained in simple terms the pathogenesis of eye problems that are common in the workplace, such as dry eye syndrome and visual fatigue. He also carefully dissected various eye protection misunderstandings and shared simple and practical eye protection skills in office settings to help the audience establish scientific eye-use habits. After the lecture, Dean Lin Jie hosted a Q&A session on ophthalmology. He answered in detail the personalized questions raised by guests on eye confusion, eye care, etc., and output targeted improvement plans. His sharing of useful information received bursts of applause from the audience.

In the second half, there will be two keynote sharings focusing on women's whole life cycle exclusive health. Sun Tingyu, the attending physician and professor of the Ninth Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, shared the topic "Full Cycle Management of Women's Pelvic Floor Health".

Pelvic floor health runs through important life stages such as women's childbearing years, postpartum, and perimenopause. Many women are troubled by problems such as urinary leakage and organ prolapse, but are shy about seeking medical treatment due to traditional beliefs. Sun Tingyu combined more than ten years of front-line clinical experience to sort out the key points of pelvic floor care in different life stages, popularize knowledge about pelvic floor dysfunction disease screening and rehabilitation, correct common cognitive biases among the public, and break down professional medical knowledge in popular language, so that women present can understand the importance of pelvic floor health and understand the important value of early screening and early intervention.
Later, Gao Xiaoyu, attending physician and professor, started sharing with the title "Better Menopause - Understanding the "Signs" of Menopause". Many women regard menopause as a "difficulty" in life and are full of anxiety about physiological changes. Gao Xiaoyu interprets the various signals released by the body during menopause from multiple dimensions of physiological changes, mood swings, and lifestyle intervention, breaks the public's stereotyped negative impressions of menopause, guides women to face this physiological stage, accept the new stage of life with a positive attitude, master scientific conditioning methods, and spend the menopause calmly and smoothly. The two gynecology-themed sharing sessions were close to real life, faced women's physiological pain points, were both professional and practical, and brought a new understanding of health to the women present.
