According to the preliminary competition questions, write and submit legal documents:

• Criminal track: The prosecution submitted a "Public Prosecution Submission" and the defense submitted a "Defense Statement".
• Civil track:The plaintiff submits a "Complaint" and "Agency Statement", and the defendant submits a "Reply" and "Agency Statement". Promotion RulesThe criminal and civiltracks are scored and ranked separately. The top 12in each of the criminal and civil tracks in the southern and northern divisions will be ranked. A total of48 **teams will enter the promotion competition of the division.**2. **North and South Division Promotion Tournament (September 12th, September 19th)Entry Format
• The promoted teams will draw lots to determine the opponents and role allocation.
• **Criminal track:**Prosecutor (2 people) VS Defender (2 people)
• **Civil track:**Plaintiff’s attorney (2 people) VS Defendant’s attorney (2 people)

Promotion Rules Using a scoring and ranking system, 8 teams will be generated from each of the North and South divisions (4 criminal teams + 4 civil teams), and a total of 16 teams will advance to the national finals.Time and place**-Northern Division: September 12th Beijing Jingshi (Jinan) Law Firm

• **Southern Division:**September 19th Beijing Jingshi (Wuhan) Law Firm

**3.**National Finals (October 17)Overall competition format-First round: Cross-match in the same track, the winner will advance: 4 teams will advance in the criminal track, and 4 teams will advance in the civil track;

• Semi-finals: The winners of the first round on the same track will face off in pairs, and the winner will advance to the finals;
• **Final:**The winners of the semi-finals of the same track will face off to determine the champion and runner-up of the criminal and civil tracks.

Special format

• Appropriately extend the debate time and increase the difficulty and depth;
• Added a "Judges' Questions" session where the judges will ask questions to both parties after the trial to examine on-the-spot legal skills.
