In 2026, Jingsh Law Firm’s firstmoot court competition will be officially launched. We will bring together outstanding legal talents from all over the Jingshi system to test the basic skills and sharp thinking of legal professionals through the most realistic court confrontation in fierce confrontations.
The cornerstone of a high-level moot court showdown lies in an exciting question that “stands up to scrutiny.” If you have a real case that is suitable for repeated scrutiny, you are welcome to desensitize it and adapt it for submission. Your question will form the basis of the entire competition, leading contestants to real legal confrontations in court.
- Scope of Collection Both completed criminal cases and civil cases are accepted, and there are no restrictions on charges, causes of cases, or types.2. Case requirements**-**Completeness of Materials: Submitted cases must provide complete dossier materials, including but not limited to key documents such as indictment/public prosecution opinion, statement of defense/defence, evidentiary materials, court trial transcripts, and judgments.
- Desensitization: Contributors can desensitize the case party information, confidential information, etc. before submitting; they can also submit original materials, which will be desensitized by the organizing committee. (*The organizing committee promises to keep submitted cases strictly confidential and not to disclose any case information without the consent of the contributors)
- Controversiality and Debate: The case should have a clear focus of dispute and sufficient space for debate, and try to avoid unilateral tendencies in facts and law. The organizing committee may make appropriate adaptations to the selected cases as necessary to enhance the confrontation and defensible nature of the competition questions.
- Factual basis: The case must be based on a real case, with complete case statements, clear logic, and a relatively complete chain of evidence.
