Xiangheyuan "Xiangzhi" mock court practice activity was successfully held at Jingshi Law Firm

In order to improve the legal literacy and self-protection abilities of young people and guide minors to establish a correct concept of the rule of law, on June 6, 2026, the Xiangheyuan Street Women's Federation joined hands with the Zuojiazhuang Branch of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School (Liufang Campus) to carry out the "Xiangzhi" mock court practice activity at Jingshi Law Firm. This event was held in two sessions in the morning and afternoon. Under the organization and leadership of the Women's Federation and Social Responsibility Department of Jingshi Law Firm, 30 groups of parent-child families walked into Jingshi Law Firm to experience the court atmosphere from "zero distance" and immersively experience the judicial trial process. Jingshi lawyers Lin Yujian**,Zi Yanyan,Li Qi, and Yu Xindi jointly participated in the event and brought a professional and practical legal education class to students and parents.

This moot court was themed "Campus Intentional Injury Case" and centered around "campus bullying", a hot social concern. During the activity, under the guidance of Jingshi lawyers Lin Yujian, Zi Yanyan**,Li Qi, andYu Xindi, the students served as presiding judges, clerks, litigation agents, plaintiffs, defendants, etc., and simulated the entire process of court proceedings such as the reading of court discipline, court investigation, evidence and cross-examination, court debate, and in-court sentencing, truly replicating the court trial process.

During the mock trial, the students deeply felt the seriousness of the law and the fairness of justice through role-playing. The "Age of Criminal Responsibility", "Legal Consequences of Campus Bullying" and "Specialized Correctional Education for Minors" in the case not only deepened the students' understanding of legal knowledge, but also further made them aware of the serious consequences of impulsive behavior and school violence. The parents present listened to the whole process and learned legal knowledge such as criminal responsibility determination, intentional injury related laws and regulations with their children, and gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of issues such as the protection of minors, family education responsibilities, and campus bullying prevention.

This activity broke the traditional "one-way indoctrination" model of legal education and moved the rule of law classroom into a real court trial scene, allowing young people to enhance their awareness of rules, the rule of law and self-protection through personal participation. It also further promoted the collaborative development of rule of law education for minors by families, schools and society.

In the future, Jingshi Law Firm will continue to actively leverage its professional advantages, continue to carry out various public welfare legal activities with rich content, further promote the publicity and education of the rule of law among teenagers, use the power of the rule of law to protect the healthy growth of minors, and actively contribute to the construction of safe campuses and the development of a rule-of-law society.
