Under the guidance of the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, China-Thailand relations have shown great vitality. As China has maintained its status as Thailand's largest trading partner for 12 consecutive years, bilateral economic and trade cooperation has continued to deepen and become more solid, and the importance of legal cooperation has become increasingly prominent. He spoke highly of the strategic vision of Jingsh Law Firm in setting up a cooperation office in Thailand, and believed that the in-depth docking of legal services is an important cornerstone to ensure the sustainable development of economic and trade cooperation. Combining the practical experience of the Thai Cultural and Economic Association in promoting cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation between China and Thailand, Zhang Yang, President of the Thai Cultural and Economic Association, pointed out that China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation is at a critical stage of quality improvement and upgrading. In emerging fields such as digital economy and green economy, the two countries have broad space for cooperation and promising prospects. He said that the association is willing to establish a long-term collaboration mechanism with Jingshi Law Firm, jointly build an exchange platform for Chinese and Thai enterprises, and promote the continuous development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries on the track of legalization and standardization.
From the perspective of fiscal and taxation policies and investment environment, Isali, the former director of the Thai Taxation Bureau and founding consultant of the Thai Cultural and Economic Association, pointed out that in recent years, Thailand has continued to promote investment promotion policy reforms, continuously optimized the business environment, and provided a more transparent and predictable policy environment for foreign investment. She said that a good legal environment is the core element for attracting foreign investment. The active participation of Chinese legal service institutions will help investors better understand and adapt to Thailand's legal and policy system and promote the healthy development of two-way investment. She looks forward to further practical cooperation between the Chinese and Thai legal circles in areas such as financial and tax compliance and policy research.
Duanzhen, director of the People's Dispute Mediation Center under the Ministry of Justice of Thailand and chairman of Thailand's DW Consulting Management Company, combined his long-term practical experience in dispute mediation and pointed out that in the face of increasingly close economic and trade exchanges between China and Thailand, the effective resolution of cross-border commercial disputes is of great significance for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in both countries and promoting the healthy development of economic and trade relations. The non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism has the advantages of flexibility, efficiency, and low cost, and has great potential in the field of transnational commercial affairs. She expressed her willingness to explore cooperation space with the Thailand Bangkok Cooperation Office of Jingsh Law Firm in the field of commercial mediation, and jointly provide more diverse and efficient dispute resolution paths for enterprises in both countries.

Faced with the development trend of continuous expansion of business scale and continuous enrichment of team strength, the cooperation office has recently officially moved to a new office space in the core business district of Bangkok, which marks that Jingsh Law Firm has entered a new stage in its deep development in the Thai market. The relocation is not only an upgrade of office space, but also a comprehensive improvement of service capabilities and response mechanisms. The new location will better meet the growing demand for legal services from Chinese-funded enterprises. In the future, the Thailand Bangkok Cooperation Office of Jingsh Law Firm will continue to deepen the construction of local service capabilities, actively integrate into the Thai legal ecosystem, establish closer collaborative relationships with local legal institutions, and provide more forward-looking and practical full-chain legal protection for Chinese-funded enterprises to invest and operate in Thailand.
Zhang Lingxiao, Party Secretary and Director of Jingsh Law Firm, accompanied the delegation and attended the China-Thailand Economic and Trade Legal Practice Exchange Symposium. This is an important practice for Jingsh Law Firm to actively respond to the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative and deeply deepen the construction of the foreign-related legal service system. In the future, Jingsh Law Firm will take this visit as an opportunity to continue to strengthen interaction and collaboration with the Thai legal and business communities, continue to improve the cross-border legal service network covering Southeast Asia, and provide full life cycle and full chain legal service guarantees for more Chinese companies to invest in Thailand and deeply explore the Thai market. At the same time, Jingsh Law Firm will also actively leverage its professional advantages to promote in-depth exchanges between China and Thailand’s legal service industries in areas such as talent training, case studies, and policy research, use the power of the rule of law to empower the stability and long-term economic and trade relations between the two countries, and contribute more Jingsh Law Firm’s strength to the construction of a community with a shared future for China and Thailand.
