During the speech, lawyer Xiong Chao combined the latest provisions of the Copyright Law and practical cases of children's publishing to systematically sort out the copyright generation mechanism, ownership distribution principles, core terms of licensing contracts, infringement identification and rights protection paths, etc. He focused on responding to nine high-frequency copyright risk issues such as e-book audiobook licensing, commercial use of AI sounds, use of free materials, and cultural and creative IP development, clarifying the boundaries of authorization and clarifying compliance operation guidelines for participants.
