During the training, lawyer Zhang Xicong focused on the core proposition of**"an effective path for lawyer growth"and carried out the training fromfour dimensions. He pointed out that the growth of young lawyers first starts with the "right choice": choosing an excellent platform, a suitable team and a professional direction that they love. On this basis, it is even more necessary to "persist with all your heart" - to maintain the original intention with the power of belief, to make daily progress, and to invest in learning and handling cases with an immersive research attitude. He emphasized that choice is direction and perseverance is strength. The two complement each other and are the most important underlying abilities in the initial stage of a lawyer's career.
In terms of legal service skills, he proposed a three-level improvement path of "technology-art-sentiment": first develop strong professional skills, then pursue sublimation of technology into the art of case handling, and finally control the two with legal sentiment. In actual case handling, he emphasized the methodology of "combination of macro and micro", and through typical cases such as loan fraud cases, transnational medical fraud cases, fire cases and company seal forgery cases, he vividly demonstrated how to grasp the interests of all parties, cope with supervision cases and media pressure, use official procedural errors to effectively defend, and the strategy of "bold assumptions and careful verification" to break through difficult cases.

At the end of the training, Lawyer Zhang Xicongconcluded the class with four messages:"The workplace is a Taoist place, a normal heart is the Tao", "Character is always more important than professionalism", "Being entrusted by others, loyal to others"and"The world is a theater, act yourself well and live a good life". He particularly emphasized that professional ethics and personality cultivation are the foundation for a lawyer's steady and long-term practice. Professional abilities can be improved with practice, but integrity and responsibility for clients are the unshakable cornerstones throughout the entire career.
